Toulouse scrum-half Byron Kelleher has been cited for an alleged stamp on Bath fly-half Butch James.

Kelleher is due to appear before an independent Disciplinary Committee in Dublin on Thursday 16 October as a result of a citing arising from Toulouse's last-minute win over Bath in the Heineken Cup on Sunday.

The citing lodged by the Citing Commissioner for the match, Ray Wilton (Wales), is for the alleged stamping of James in contravention of Law 10.4 (b).

The independent Disciplinary Committee will be chaired by Simon Thomas (Wales) and also consist of Mark McParland (Ireland) and Robert Williams (Wales)

Law 10.4 (b) - Stamping or trampling: A player must not stamp or trample on an opponent.
