I want that job: Eddie Jones

Saracens Director of Rugby Eddie Jones has ambitions to coach South Africa at some point in the future.

Jones, who guided Australia to the 2003 World Cup final and served as technical advisor to Jake White during the Springboks' World Cup win last year, would relish the opportunity to take charge of South Africa.

"The honour to coach the Boks is a big one, but I'll definitely consider it if and when the time is right," he told The Citizen.

"At the moment I am in a three-year deal with Saracens but it definitely is something worth considering.

"I have coached the (Australia) national team, the Brumbies and the Reds.

"And I won't be interested in coaching the Waratahs or the Force. With only four regions in Australia the coaching possibilities are limited."
