Doubtful: Flutey may miss the game against New Zealand

England may have to do without Riki Flutey for next weekend's clash against New Zealand at Twickenham.

The New Zealand born centre injured his hamstring in his side's record 42-6 defeat against South Africa on Saturday.

Playing in just his third Test for England, having qualified on residency terms, Flutey limped off thirty minutes into the game, and his absence was noticeable in the England midfield.

Team management later said Flutey had a "tight right hamstring". Flutey, a former utility back for Wellington and the Hurricanes, was included in Martin Johnson's England squad as soon as he fulfilled the three-year residential qualification.
