IRB appoint Test officials

Blacks get White: England's Chris White will referee New Zealand's meeting with Ireland

The International Rugby Board has announced its appointment of referees for the forthcoming Tests and other international matches up to and including July.

The appointments to Tri-Nations matches have not yet been made as a decision is still to be made about which set of laws will apply - the ELVs seen in the Southern Hemisphere or the traditional rules seen in the Northern Hemisphere.
